Nach einer halben Stunde kam eine Mail zur\u00fcck mit einer Ausschlu\u00dfliste, die bestimmt 15 Punkte enthielt. Nahrungsmittel und Nahrungsmittelgruppen. Danach war mir die Lust zum Kochen vergangen.<br \/>\nEine hypochondriebedingte Ausschlu\u00dfliste gibt es bei mir nat\u00fcrlich auch. Pfirsichhaut macht mir brennende Pusteln auf der Zunge, \u00e4hnliches passiert bei bestimmten \u00c4pfeln und Haseln\u00fcssen. (Warum auch immer!) Weizenmehl resp. Gluten ist der gro\u00dfe Feind. Warum ich dann letztes Jahr in einem Londoner Gourmetrestaurant das Souffl\u00e9 auf Wei\u00dfbrotbasis vertragen habe, bleibt ein gro\u00dfes R\u00e4tsel, \u00fcber das ich nicht weiter nachdenken m\u00f6chte.<br \/>\nAlles, was Saugn\u00e4pfe hat, mag ich auch nicht. Und was mich noch anklagend ansieht. Nee.<br \/>\nSo, jetzt aber mal die optimistische Sicht auf die Welt.<br \/>\nWas mag ich?<\/p>\n<p>* Pflaumenmus, am liebsten selbst gemacht<br \/>\n* Butterkuchen (geht nur leider nicht mehr)<br \/>\n* warmen Vanillepudding<br \/>\n* Graubrot, ger\u00f6stet, mit Butter und Salz (geht leider auch nicht mehr)<br \/>\n* gegrilltes Fleisch, am liebsten von Babytieren (ich wei\u00df, ich bin schlimm)<br \/>\n* rohes oder leicht gekochtes Gem\u00fcse, Salat fuderweise<br \/>\n* Rote Beete<br \/>\n* zartesten Blumenkohl am St\u00fcck gekocht mit Butter und Salz<br \/>\n* Pf\u00e4lzer Leberwurst, Prager Schinken, Mortadella<br \/>\n* Ziegenk\u00e4se und Feigen<br \/>\n* gute Bitterschokolade (was eine Trainingsfrage ist, mit Milchschokolade mu\u00df mir keiner mehr kommen, die ist was f\u00fcr Weicheier)<br \/>\n* scharf und indisch, wenn es kalt ist<br \/>\n* Kartoffelpuffer mit Apfelmus und ein Glas Milch dazu<br \/>\n* Bratkartoffeln mit Speck und Majoran<br \/>\n* Mamas Buletten mit Kartoffelbrei und Zwiebeln<br \/>\n* Omas Sonntagsbraten mit Rotkraut<br \/>\n* Currywurst mit Pommes rot-wei\u00df<\/p>\n<p>Wovon ich mich verabschiedet habe: jegliches Industrieessen, einzige Ausnahme ist der letzte Listenpunkt und das auch nur einmal monatlich wegen der Speckfalten.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ganz schwierig.
